With almost seven years of experience in residential and corporate automation spaces, we can confidently label him as the boff of the team. Matthew is a perfectionist with the propensity to work with his hands and work hard until the job is done.

Where he tends to excel is in system designs, drawings, and quotation to the completion of installations, programming and handing over to customer service. Matthew has a passion for sharing his knowledge with others and helping them grow, which makes him perfect as he manages all Lutron training, certification, product testing, managing RMA and post-service technical support.
